Yoga classes

Yoga aims to harmonize the body and mind through a practice based on respect for oneself and one's body.

Next to my tree, I offer hatha yoga classes (seated). This practice is based on physical, breathing, and mental work in a calm, relaxed environment, respecting your limits and listening to your body. 

WHO IS IT FOR?

Adults of all ages who have already practiced yoga or who want to learn. People who are mobile, have limited mobility, or use wheelchairs.

HOW?

Solo (personalized lessons tailored to you) or in small groups of 2 to 6 people.

WHAT?

The class includes postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas), eye yoga, facial yoga, and mudras (hand and finger gestures).

WHERE?

At my tree in Villefranche-sur-Cher or at your home, within a 15 km radius of Villefranche-sur-Cher.

WHEN?

All year round by reservation only.
